This is text from a letter JoAnn Moughler sent to me when Sprint ended the contract with EDS:
JoAnn was the key engineering user of the RMS system, responsible for Sprint user acceptance testing.

Letter of Recommendation
To Whom It May Concern:
I am an analyst and project leader for the Translations Network Systems and Services Tech Support group. It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation. Dave Winney has proven himself to be a valuable and competent co-worker / team player during his time with EDS.
His contributions to the company and the Trunk Member Automation project have included improving the communications links between the FMS, RMS and CIS systems, and providing documentation for training purposes. He has demonstrated professional knowledge and skill at analyzing and solving various problems that occurred during the two-year course of the Trunk Member Automation project, and his proactive approach helped us solve other long-standing problems, which preceded this project. His strong leadership qualities were instrumental in facilitating meetings, investigating causes, testing, debugging and solving the majority of the communications problems between the FMS and RMS systems.
Dave has proven himself to be highly motivated, a strong leader, organized, proactive, and very reliable. We would have liked him to continue in this position. Dave Winney is a true example of Sprint quality.
